Industry experience of 10 years at "Pro Agro seeds" as location head and G.M. and 9 years as Managing Director of "Nunhems India Pvt Ltd." His present assignment is as CEO of vegetable seed division of "Rasi Seeds (P) Ltd."

Being at the positions of MD and CEO of the Companies, Dr. Kapoor has been involved in finalizing Marketing Strategies, Research and Innovations, representing the Company in Conferences and Seminars in India and Abroad.

A dynamic leader and having a vibrant personality, he has played a pivotal role in turning around PTL group through changed management approach. During his experience, he has also worked with groups like Delhi International Airport Limited, Duncan Goenka Group (Paper Division) and Ballarpur Industries Limited (Thapar Group) etc.
